I’ve haven’t been posting as much on here lately, but I’m still here.

Last month, I got a promotion and assigned to work with a new client. The set up process has been more involved than I expected. So that’s been taking up most of my weekdays.

I also finished outlining my next novel, A Fire that Bleeds, and just started writing the chapters. No idea when it will be finished, but I’ll keep you updated.

Illinois has had a record number of tornadoes this year. One of them even hit Hazel Crest twice. Fortunately, they’ve missed my suburb, but my coworkers had to take shelter twice in the past month. (I was out of the office both times.) Sometimes, it feels like I’m living in tornado alley again.
