There was pea soup fog this morning, which burned off by 10am.

Rainy this morning, so all the colors are muted. There was no frost last night, but my elm tree near the house dropped all its leaves at once, as if it had sneezed.

This morning was lovely and bright. It’s amazing how quickly the trees change color once they start.
In the last couple of weeks, night time temperatures have been dropping to around 50F. This is my favorite time of year because you can wear a hat and a coat and be snug while the air feels crisp and sharp.
