Another overcast day; the evenings the temperature has been down around freezing, and it’s 50 during the daytime. This is my favorite time of year since I am neither hot nor cold – I’m usually active enough to stay warm or I’m wrapped up in a big polartec bathrobe.
The trees that were yellow when I started posting these are all bare, now. It’s down to a few maples and the rest are all pines, which will stay green. I hope.
I like the reddish-brown color. Here we’ve had a mild but windy and rainy day. The trees that still have most of their leaves are losing them fast between the wind and rain.
Where I live, I got the first snow already three days ago.
The trees have been bare for about two weeks by now.
