Youtube Video: 5 Worst Movie Swords (Historical)

I have not seen all movies mentioned in this video by Matt Easton, and some (300) I do not intend to ever watch, but I find it informative and interesting even so.

Thank Zeus that the swords used by the re-animated skeletons in Jason and the Argonauts didn’t make the list -- I’d hate to think that film had any historical inaccuracies.

Well, of course this is not a choice of all movies ever made, but movies that were watched by Matt Easton. And maybe he does not watch anime. Anf further he at the begining specifies that he is concentrating on movies that are historical or at least set in a well defined historical period with real historical persons.

This was enlightening. As someone who enjoys a good historical movie and will take historical revisions in stride (it is a movie), it’s quite delightful to see how the details that should be more correct (because they don’t impact the revised storyline) aren’t. I wouldn’t know the difference, but I find it fantastic that there are people out there who do.
