Trying to figure out if this is “stupid cultural appropriation” or just plain stupid.

    I was ready to be slightly impressed that there is an apostrophe in “whoever’s”, but then they blew it with “your moms a”.

    I wouldn’t be so sure about dead Republicans not voting. They may find a way do it and spin it as fighting fraudulent voting.

    “Ho” or “hoe” is a well-known dialectical pronunciations of “whore”. Someone who goes for their entire life without seeing the original word written out might well write it as it sounds. (I personally had no idea that the word pronounced “ho” meant “whore” for quite some time)

    That was why I titled the piece about etymology – they probably would be scandalized if someone informed them that they were “talking Black” or culturally appropriating terms from Black culture.

    When we look on the dashboard, it shows comments with a lead-in of text and (over at the right) information about what posting the comment is attached to. I read yours and mistook it for a comment about the semen arbitrageurs…
