I really wanted to walk slowly into the middle of this bright field of canola and just let my hands skim the top of the plants. Instead, I took this picture. What a boring choice.

It’s not a boring photo! Very beautiful. I can easily imagine wanting to run through it though, then flop down and rest in it.

I love what the crest does in the picture. The trees are more or less behind it. and then there’s the other field bordering the canola, giving its green counterpoint to the mass of yellow flowers.
