Before the dumpster service came to pick it up and take it away, we had several days of driving rain and fog. That sort of weather energizes me; I have no idea why.
I don’t know what this little fellow is. Some kind of raptor, and very annoyed when I got closer with the camera. It hopped off under the dumpster and exited the other side.
Why…. that sure does look like a kestrel. :-D
Rainy, foggy days energize me too but I think it’s because it means I’ll be working indoors not outdoors, and the tasks won’t involve any heavy lifting or digging holes such as building a fence would entail.
Yeah, if it was taken in the UK, I’d definitely say it was a kestrel. Don’t know North American birds though…
