I would not wrap something worthless in these, but perhaps some small interesting thing found during a walk. LIke a dried flower, an interesting stone, a bird feather, snail shell etc.

Not just the skill to be able to figure out how to do the shapes, but also how to make the print work well with the folds.

@Marcus, #1: Well… you know those dollar gold coins? You can put a stack 10 high in there. :-) Of course, gold dollar coins are not liked or popular… except with me, guess I’m crazy. I think they are great but really hard to get hold of.

@Giliell, #5: I have used dollar bill folds to gift my family. Usually though I use a higher denomination than a single one dollar bill for a gift like that. Once I had to pay for a new pump for the well. That was $1,000.00… gasp… and he wanted it in cash. So, I got him $100.00 bills, and I folded five of them into a star. He was not amused. :-) But it was a great opportunity to fold higher denominations and I did not want to pass it up. Sure was fun! Made spending that much not seem *quite* so traumatic.
