I saw a crow on a retainjng wall by the side of a freeway. When the trucks would go by he’d spread and angle his wings and float up, then back down. They are such anazibg fliers!
@Marcus Ranum, that is actually a very interesting observation. Another piece of data showing that corvids have a concept of “doing the things just for the heck of it” aka “fun”. They reaelly do have very interesting minds in those small heads.
