Upcoming talks, and some system maintenance

I’ll be giving a couple of talks on experimental evolution of multicellularity in the next couple of weeks:

  1. University of Georgia Department of Cellular Biology, Tuesday, September 11, 11:00 a.m. in Biological Sciences 404A
  2. Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, Friday, September 20, time and place TBD

Since I should be practicing that talk, instead I’m procrastinating. My apartment is cleaner than usual, and I got some overdue work done on the blog. For reasons I’m not sure of, some of the images in old blog posts (from the fierceroller.com days) weren’t showing up. I think they were still being hosted on the old site, and when it went kaput, so did they. In a couple of cases, videos weren’t working either, and so I have fixed those as well. So now that it’s working again, check out Volvox in Europa Report.

I probably missed some old photos and videos, so if you see one that’s no longer working, I would really appreciate it if you’d let me know.

EDIT 2019-09-09 The UGA talk is in the Department of Cellular Biology, not Molecular Biology as I originally indicated.
