On the negative side, these come ‘in the shell’ which must be removed before consumption. On the positive side(s), they are less messy than peanuts during the shelling; and, the process does use a few calories. As tree nuts they are possibly less harmful than ground nuts. Plus they are an important crop here in NM!
My nuts are always positively enlightened, roasting them does drive out the base spirits.
I’ll stick with unenlightened nuts, they are less expensive.
But where will I get my inner peace?
