Don’t see no wings or flames, how can these be dragons?
That’s a great surface to capture the photos on, the reflections and play of shadows are very atmospheric for the dark
skinkfine minidragon. :)I love lizard (and similar beastie) toes, they’re so differently proportioned.
Gotta say. Not my favorite creatures.
Love the “S” curving in the second.
Caught this one in the laundry with the help of an ice cream container. I had to lower the camera right into the container as this little “dragon” (very remote cousin of the Komodo Dragon) is barely 3 inches long. Love the attitude wrapped up in a body that could call a match box roomy. So smoooth and tiny and shiny, not scary at all.
Oh and dragon lizards are a real thing, like the ones pictured in this link.
What a pretty beastie.
