    Just whom the military must focus on a decisive and overwhelming victory over remains an exercise for the reader: ISIS? Mueller? Clinton (again)? Megyn Kelly? Those Boy Scouts who didn’t cheer?

    The Pentagon was so focused on their D & O V that they didn’t even know Trump intends to override their present policies.

    Also: those “tremendous medical costs” add up to $2.4-8.4 million per year – less than a rounding error in the US military budget.
