Corona Crisis Crafting XIV: More Masks

With the kids back to school, me and Mr back to work, more masks are needed. After all, neither me nor Mr. have any intention of washing a handful of masks each night. The following are the most exciting. Usually for the patterned fabric there’s 2 or three more without any embellishments. Thanks to our panda for modelling. She doesn’t need any masks of her own but thinks they look cool.

I bought those designs ages ago (and I did use some of them), but those fast running stitch designs are really great for masks.

I quite like adding small “label like” designs to the masks. Not too big, just little accents.

This is an easy way to pimp your masks without an embroidery machine: get some coordinating quilters cotton and simply cut out the images.

Very nice! I also like the small “label” design, too -- it works nice as an accent, would probably work well as a ‘hidden’ design as well (same colour as background).

Very creative, Giliell. I think the coordinated quilting fabric is a great idea. I have serious envy of your embroidering sewing machine ( and your creativity using it).
