The weather here has been glorious for the past 2 days. It’s T-shirt warm with cloudless blue skies and it was wonderful to be outside with the sun warming my back. We slowed down a bit to take in all the pretty colours and stopped once or twice to watch the squirrels dash here and there squirreling away their treasure. I think I should grab a book and go sit outside. Housework can wait. There won’t be many more days like this and it would be a shame to waste it.

Enjoy the nice weather! Here the weather is also within the bounds of Finnish summer weather, and not even bad summer weather, slight rain but over 10 °C.
We have had our first day of that weather. It is amazing, I was wearing gloves two days ago.
Today was probably the day of the season where I could expect the AC to kick on. Used the nice weather to transport some stuff to the garage, and to make a trip to megalomart (King of the Hill reference) for a purchase that would change how I would do a household chore compared to the Redhead’s way. While there, purchased the candy for ghosties and ghoulies at the end of the month. A quick count says I still need another bag or two (barely less than 400 last year).

400 trick or treaters, holy cow! I get about 100 and I thought that was a lot. I have to buy my candy the day before, though. Otherwise I have to buy it twice.
