Oh beautiful, fuzzy comfrey! Beautiful bee, too.
I think what you got there isn’t a bumblebee, but a bee fly.
They are pretty little things, though they seem to disappear once summer arrives.
Gilell, we shall never be sure, because I got no really sharp picture of the beastie, but I think it is a bumblebee, because it looks on one of the pictures on my PC like it has four wings. But ti might be only two.
Lovely photos, especially considering you were shooting a moving target.
