@2.rq. Surprised! I thought the plant species there was a heath -- Epacris impressa (Pink or Common heath https://www.anbg.gov.au/gnp/interns-2013/epacris-impressa.html & the state floral emblem for Victoria.) -- which looks similar with the pink flowers in all but the last those photos.
Although Epacris impressa also flowers in white too certainly here in South Australia, Adelaide hills where its currently flowering.
