A while ago I saw a painting of a(n) (American) bluejay in a most unlikely place: On an outdoor electrical utility cabinet in the street Bulevardi in Helsinki, Finland. The electrical utility in Helsinki does have a program of art on the distribution cabinets, but seeing a bluejay was somewhat surprising.
