Yep, “Dalek” was my immediate association with that pic too.
Well someone clearly thought the same before they ‘defaced’ the shower icon by adding the white stripe that is the weapon/plunger attached to the body of a Dalek.

Scanning quickly without reading it I saw a Dalek and thought 1) inclusivity taken a bit too far? Or 2) a cute joke.
Only after I saw the word ‘shower’ did I see a shower. So … okay.
Still … I think the Dakek-like shape might not be entirely coincidental.
