I’m registered, and my ballot is in the mail. 🙂
Up here in Toronto, walking around a couple of weeks back, I saw a house with signs in the yard telling Americans living in Canada exactly where they could go to make sure they could vote. So, yes, even people not in the country have been tracking this sort of information.
One of the signs at the same house also just said ‘Vote the Bastard Out’, in case anybody was uncertain as to which candidates they were going to be voting for.
