Well, technically it’s urban geese. This came in from Chigau and it made me smile.
This morning, downtown Calgary – no zoom on the camera, if I had swung my purse, I could have taken the pair.

Yikes! Geese are fierce. Beautiful, but feisty.
Must not have been any baby geese around. If so, I doubt they would have let you get that close.

I haven’t seen Canada geese this spring, yet. Barnacle geese, yes, grazing and being jealous.

What do you carry in that purse? An anvil? Besides, I hear that they can be tough (I mean as dinner).
