Lovely shots, Avalus. I’m particularly attracted to the second one, for me it has an air of a secret garden. A place you go and commune with the walnut tree, and tell your secrets in the twilight.
Thank you! Yes, it is. A remnant of a forgotten garden, only the tree is left, now surrounded by fields and plum orchards.
Walnuts are my favourite trees. They really are solitary, much like oaks -- they can grow in forests, but they like a lot of space. This is why I like them.
The second photo is wonderfully secretive, but in a happy sense. Serene.
The first tree, though, yes, very bored. :D It should look into some new hobbies.
The sky is beautiful behind the walnut. There’s such a soft blending of colours that seem to curve around you and bring you in. It’s very inviting.
I agree with voyager, the sky behind the walnut tree is wonderful, and so soothing too. A lovely photo!
