The mildly deranged penguin says that beak identifies the critter as preferring running soft cheeses — as distinct from soft runny cheeses — served with a robust rogue and elephants, probably stampeding (the vin, that is, not the cheese). Hannibal tried finding the critter during a famous holiday in the Alps and Italy, and whilst he had a grand time, never did find any.
An ever-so-fierce expression. It’s really terrific, I love this. Some of those other birds look really exciting too, it will be great fun to see which you choose!
