Kestrel, that fence post is a heavy one at a bend in the fence line. And this country grows an excellent grain crop if it remembers to rain. This year may not be a good one for farmers, the outlook is very dry.

I love the interplay between ancient and modern, even the contrails add ephemeral lines to a sky that has been above these hills forever.
