   Those are amazing!

   I love how certain techniques produce a characteristic result. It doesn’t matter if it’s plaster or fondant, there are certain creative options that come from squeezing thin streams of something and making swirlies.

   Your mum is such an artist. I picture her on one of these baking shows I like to watch and she’s blowing them all away with her mad piping skills.
