I was startled to find that the following quote was from a California State Senator:

“By passing this today you’ll be kicking the president right in the groin,” said Republican State Sen. Jeff Stone of Temecula.

While yes, I admit it’s confusing, it turns out that this Senator actually thought he was arguing against the California State Legislature’s “sanctuary state” bill. So now I’m wondering, is Stone a good witch or a bad witch?
