I think it’s two cats -- one front end, and one back end. Back end is trying to get into the tyre (maybe) while front end is not giving up the bliss spot.

One cat scratching its own chin? There’s certainly an ‘AAaaaaaahhhhhhh….’ look going on. Also I think it’s standing in front of the tire.

I think I can make heads and tails of this, but the body between is puzzling in how the cat has managed to bend it.
