They can go find a home somewhere else! Usually, we are overrun with them.

All part of nature, which is not always nice. I recall reading cowbirds end up at a certain equilibrium with other birds. When people try to cull them, it just makes them temporarily more successful until their numbers rebound back to normal. If they get too common, they end up competing with each other and do poorly. We had very few over the last few years, but they are much more common this year.

Awwww… parasites need a home, too! ;-) Yeah, we are sad to see them around here too, but there it is.
