Earlier this year, George Lakoff, a cognitive linguist at the University of California, Berkeley, crafted a “taxonomy” of how Trump uses Twitter to shift the conversation from unwelcome reports and subsume the news cycle with his own agenda.

It’s all undifferentiated bullshit to me. I suppose it’s academic interest to pick it apart and identify what the little nuggetty bits are, but, once you strain through it for interest or truth, your hands are slimy and empty.

Yeah, I file it all under bullshit too, but this sort of thing is helpful to a lot of people, and if it helps more people to understand the baffle ’em with bullshit game, that’s a good thing.
