Beautiful flowering plants in conifer disguise.
Still looks pretty alien! ;) But very bright among all the grey-green. Pretty!
I am absolutely in love with that plant. Those blooms are simply wondrous.
The funny thing is that for the last 20 years it was just another flowering bush to me, until I bought the new camera. I’d love to see it in its natural habitat one day but that’s 1600 miles away in Western Australia. That state’s wild flowers are world famous for their unique forms.
After you sent in photos of this the last time I remember looking up some of them. I particularly liked the Red and Green Kangaroo Paw.
