A cookbook for edibles ?
I don’t trust her, either those cupcakes are poisonous or they’ll make you disappear!
This has to be a cookbook for the Presto Pressure Cooker, and their other cookware products.
Presto started in 1905, so this is an early version recipe book. It’s fun to find these old cookbooks, and make some of the recipes. Some of them really are a “Time Travel” for the tastebuds.

That makes sense, it does have that vibe too. Some of those books were written by very good cookery writers and are still in use, by people who are lucky enough to hae a copy, to this day.
