I hope the cold spell here finaly broke. At least it was not so serious as to do any immediate damage.
I would recommend to cut the growths from the juniper and burn them. I had to dispose of a whole (little) tree because it became so infested with fungus, that it was no longer plausible to heal it.

That tulip looks just about as far along as the ones in my garden.
They are all nice, but the most unusual one to me is photo #5, which I’m guessing is some kind of fungus growing around the tree branch.
