They do a lovely puff song, a bit like grackles, where they fan their wings and tails, too. When we get a chance to get down by the water, you can see the males all puttin’ it on. Every once in a while, one will show up at our place. I expect Kengi sees more of them than I do, so this is especially nice, because I have to travel gravel for a ways to get to them.
