I finally have a pony

A pony, a pony, a pony!

The whole set is at Jason’s – Greta, Natalie, Sikivu, Rebecca, Taslima, Jen, Stephanie – The Horsewomen of the Feminist Apocalypse. Yesssss!

The artist is embertine.

  1. says

Just so everyone’s aware, this isn’t my project, it’s embertine’s. I’m hosting it though!

Also, apparently they will be post-processed in Photoshop to clean the sketches up, as well as to put all of you together in one big and fearsome line.

  2. David says

They all look to be glaring, except Pinkie pie, who looks pleased to see someone/thing and Herpy Hooves who looks like she/he/it has just had a hit from the massive pipe that Jen is holding.

  3. embertine says

    Glad you like it, Ophelia.

Anyone have any suggestions for any more kickass women who need a brightly coloured steed of their own?

    Maryam on Lyra Heartstrings, perhaps?

  4. dirigible says

    Best. Crossover. Evar.

(We’re ignoring “Feeling Pinkie Keen”, I assume).

  5. says

embertine – definitely Maryam! I was going to suggest her yesterday but wasn’t sure if you wanted to do more, and didn’t want to be pushy. Also: Surly Amy.

  6. Musical Atheist says

If there was anything that could make me enjoy this blog network more, it would have to be the introduction of My Little Pony. Even though my mum disapproved of me playing with them because they were too girly/gendered, I still was obsessed with them for years.

  7. Pteryxx says

Musical Atheist: did you catch Natalie Reed’s post “Why I Love My Little Pony” ? It’s in her blog’s sidebar.

  8. Sili says

Why is that pony glaring at me?

Because she knows what you do, when you think no one’s looking.

  9. 'Tis Himself says

Because she knows what you do, when you think no one’s looking.

Well, if me doing that upsets her, then she’s got more problems than I care to deal with.

  10. Musical Atheist says

    Pteryxx, I did, thanks! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so vindicated…
