Maybe it needs the right lighting. But some see the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe in this hollow in a tree near a home in Houston, Texas. Treebeard has nothing on her! Click image for more at MyWestTexas.
From the picture above, it looks to me like Abraham Lincoln holding a small donut up to inspect it (left rear profile, donut in right hand, at eye level).

I’m gunna be out that way on Saturday, maybe I should take a stop and see if it smells of brimstone… or sumthin

I live pretty close to Garden Oaks.
I may just have a dirty mind, but I see something quite different form the Virgin of Guadalupe.
Come on everyone, you see it too, don’t you?

Close up of the pic doesn’t look remotely humanoid.
Since I don’t see any sign of a ripped off branch in the hole I assume the damage came from something whacking the tree. Doubt the impact felt miraculous to the passenger in whatever vehicle got tiddlywinked into the tree.

No, not at all. But it does look vaguely like the sort of niche in which iconographic statues are installed in churches. Which are the shape of Romanesque windows. I wonder how many similar shapes could be found in, say, 200 meters.
People are really stretching their pareidolia these days.
