My friends and I used to call ourselves the ‘Squids of Death’. Our battle cry was “We’re mollusks, without shells! It’s symbolic!” (This had to be done in high pitched bad English accent a la Monty Python.
Apparently, the octopuses here wanted to show us up.
….is that also symbolic? Now I’m confused.

I know “octopuses” is correct, but it’s kind of a funny-looking word.
Are there left-siphoned and right-siphoned octopuses? Or can they just stick it around either side?
