    Oh come now, Ophelia. When people are saying sexist or racist things, when in your life did you “Roll your eyes and move on”? There are lots of things the non-shit-for-brains can do — they can stand on a soapbox and denounce, they can organize a march, if the person is a politician they can donate to get him unseated, if he’s a comedian they can take to the internet and explain why he isn’t funny. This sounds more like something coming from the “all feminists are whiny b**s” brigade than someone you’d be promoting.

    Hopefully, it should come as no surprise to anyone, that sexist, misogynistic, or racist things are in fact harmful to someone.

    I’d go one further. I would say that sexist, misogynistic, or racist things are actually harmful to everyone.
