I wish I could tell you that it gets easier as you get older and gain experience. *sigh* At least, the lead time I have on you hasn’t made it easier. So much for that accumulation of wisdom crap.

I found that the best relationships just kind of happen; I’ve never been out on a ‘date’ to get to know someone as a potential partner, but I’ve got a wife and a girlfriend who both love me. (They like each other pretty well, too, which certainly helps.) Once I stopped worrying about ‘finding someone’ for the purpose of forging a deep companionship, I became more open to possibilities. I’m not suggesting you ‘give up’–or that what happened to me wasn’t mostly luck–but it couldn’t hurt to see if a friendship you already have can develop a few more connections, and to let those connections happen if they’re going to.You’re free to reject that advice if you’re the kind of person who finds it too awkward for friends to become lovers, but in my experience it’s easier to build upon a solid foundation than to try and construct one all by yourself.

Magikarp can’t really speak and it’s a fish Pokemon, so all it can do on land is flop around. “Herp derp” is basically supposed to represent the speach of a mentaly retarded person.So the girl summoned Magikarp to ask for advice, but Magikarp was just flopping around. And she then think that to impress the guy she needs to flop around like a fish on land. The “herp derp” is there to make it clear what a stupid idea that is.

Level 20 I presume. However the trick is getting to level 20. Although I have seen a level 99 magikarp flail wipe build. That was pretty hilarious to watch.
