    Completely off topic style question, the article refers to “professor PZ Myers” throughout, I was taught to write “Professor PZ Myers”, is that no longer considered right?

    I can see why the reporter doesn’t work for a larger news organization, he didn’t title the article “Giant Spider study overtakes small town”, “New research into spiders baffles scientists!” or “Could spiders cure cancer?”
