Another day, another well made and damning video about rightwingnut hypocrisy and hate propaganda.
Below the fold are three news items from the last seven days, three cisgender heterosexual males (two accused and arrested, one convicted and sentenced to prison) involved in the sexual assault and rape of teenage girls.
Where’s the rightwing outrage about the countless number of cis hetero (and mostly christian) males that do this? Or are they pointing fingers to help protect their own, because they don’t care about who the actual groomers are?
A “youth pastor” was sentenced to prison this week for sexually assaulting a 16 year old girl, raping and molesting her. Why is he “not a groomer!” in this and other items? Because he’s christians pastor? Or because he’s a cisgender heterosexual male?
A former youth pastor in Kingsburg was sentenced Tuesday to serve one year in prison for having an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old church member.
Luke Michael Bese, 30, was convicted in May on one felony charge of arranging a meeting with a minor for lewd or lascivious behavior and a misdemeanor charge of annoying, molesting any child under 18 years of age.
Bese, who worked as a youth leader at Hope Kingsburg Church, began a secret relationship with the 16-year-old that included sending her lingerie from Victoria’s Secret, a sex toy, and condoms. Bese, who is married, also requested that the teenager send him photos of herself in the lingerie.
The relationship lasted nearly eight months, beginning July 29, 2018 and ending March 28, 2019. Bese was arrested on June 8, 2020.
During Bese’s sentencing hearing, Judge Alvin Harrell III admitted to being torn over how to punish the former youth pastor for his crimes. Harrell noted that he received many “glowing” letters in support of Bese.
Nearly a dozen family members and friends sat in the audience in support of Bese. Family members described him as a selfless person who studied for years to become a pastor.
A 55 year old male tried to groom a 16 year old girl for sex, but the word “groomer” never appears in the item.
Cisgender. Heterosexual. Male.
A middle school principal tried meeting a 16-year-old student for sex after messaging her over Snapchat and revealing his true identity to her, authorities in central New York said.
When Johnson City Middle School Principal Daniel Erickson arrived at a remote location expecting a sexual encounter with the teen on July 7, he brought a McDonald’s Grimace milkshake, chicken nuggets and a box of condoms, according to a news conference held by the Broome County Sheriff’s Office on July 10.
Detectives were at the location instead of the 16-year-old, who attends Johnson City High School, and arrested him, the sheriff’s office said in a July 10 news release.
Now Erickson, 55, of Greene, is facing charges of luring a child and attempted rape, according to authorities.
What was a cisgender heterosexual male doing with a 14 year old girl on a military base? I doubt he was working as a recruiter.
A 14-year-old girl was found in the barracks at a California Marine Corps base last month, two weeks after her grandmother in San Diego reported she had run away from home, and a Marine was detained for questioning, officials said Monday.
The Marine has since been released to his command while federal law enforcement officials investigate, said Marine Capt. Charles Palmer of the 1st Marine Logistics Group at Camp Pendleton, about 40 miles (65 kilometers) north of San Diego.
It was unclear how the girl and the Marine came into contact before military police found her in the barracks during the daytime on June 28, Palmer said.
After she was found on the base, authorities returned the girl to her grandmother, according to the sheriff’s department.
In a series of videos posted on social media, the girl’s aunt claims the 14-year-old, who is Native American, was raped.
“She had been sold to a soldier for sex,” Casaundra Perez said, adding that she believes the military is trying to “cover up” the incident.
Military officials say they could not release any other details, including the age or rank of the Marine. The case has been handed over to the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the federal agency in charge of investigating Navy and Marine Corps criminal cases.
