Thanks, Ophelia. I gotta laugh; this may be the longest you’ve ever had a post up without comments. LOL. I’ll come back later. Guess it’s a good thing; haters r bored. But GenderQueer Atheists on Facebook are happy.

Xe missed my favorite Sagan quote:
We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people.

In other news B&W denizens have been following, Barry Karr of CSI and Skeptical Inquirer is the next entry in Surly Amy’s “Male Community Leaders Who Shockingly Oppose Drooling Misogyny” series.
It’s arguably the first miss for my proud prediction(/hope) list of organizations I hope we’ll see (some of which we now have seen) in the series. I guess I’ve never really thought of CSI as an atheist-community organization; hell, I didn’t even know they’d shortened their acronym from CSICOP.
I s’pose Amy and company are looking to skeptical organizations as well as at atheist ones, which makes a certain amount of sense. But buried somewhere in there is a totally legitimate excuse for my so-called “miss.” Hmph.
