There is really only one Commandment: Control All The Cunts. From the Assyrian International News Agency:
On June 12, only two day after capturing Mosul and other territories in Iraq, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria issued a decree ordering the people to send their unmarried women to “jihad by sex.” In the proclamation ISIS threatens to impose Sharia law on all who fail to comply with the decree.
Here’s a translation of the decree, followed by the original in Arabic. AINA cannot confirm the authenticity of this document.

Subject: Mandate
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria
The State of NinevehIn the Name of Allah the Merciful
After liberation of the State of Nineveh, and the welcome shown by the people of the state to their brotherly mujahideen, and after the great conquest, and the defeat of the Safavid [Persian] troops in the State of Nineveh, and its liberation, and Allah willing, it will become the headquarters for the mujahideen. Therefore we request that the people of this state offer their unmarried women so that they can fulfill their duty of jihad by sex to their brotherly mujahideen. Failure to comply with this mandate will result in enforcing the laws of Sharia upon them.
Allah we have notified, Allah bear witness.
Short, brutal, to the point. Hand over the women so that we can fuck them. If you don’t we will torture you and call it “sharia.” Allah says so.

Mercy: U’re doing it rong.

Monsters. There’s no other appropriate word.

I’d have assumed it was fake if we hadn’t already seen the same thing in action from Boko Haram.

This statement bears repeating here. If an army that has taken control of several towns issues a statement, its authenticity should be rather easy to verify. If the authenticity of this statement is not easy to verify, that’s probably because either it didn’t come from an authoritative source within the army, or the army isn’t cohesive enough to HAVE an authoritative source, or someone in the army is trying to take advantage of his position without his superiors’ actual consent, or someone is sneaking this statement out to discredit the army.
I’m not saying ISIL isn’t a bunch of marauding pond-scum, I’m just saying this statement is not yet reliable.
Pierce R. Butler says
After one’s daughter/sister/whoever has performed her patriotic duty of jihad-by-sex, doesn’t the next obligatory step entail some form of highly painful execution for the sake of family “honor”?
The Taliban needs to step up their game: between ISIL & Boko Haram, they’ve lost a lot of ground in the Grand Tourney of Appalling Behavior by Islamic Insurgencies!
Pen says
@4 – Interesting point. I also have some questions regarding the authenticity of the concept of ‘jihad by sex’, it’s acceptability to any Muslim sane enough to walk down the street without committing a crime (so not ISIS members, perhaps) and its relationship to ‘honour’. Perhaps one of these nutters is that crazy, time will tell.

One other thing: “Woman” for this kind of rapist thug, pretty much starts at first menstruation, or about age 11. They’re not just demanding to rape women, but little girls.

No killings here, the women are being used to breed more warriors for Allah.
#7. Trebuchet
There IS a contradiction. Nine years old is divinely licensed, because Muhammad/Aisha. That would imply motives other than breeding. Khomeini once declared that, ideally, your daughter should have her first menstruation in her ‘husband’s’s house rather than her fathers.
So, it’s OK to rape a prepubescent girl just so you don’t miss the chance of impregnating her with the very first egg.

This has got to be fake. Right? Right? If not, I’m wondering at what point there will finally start the huge outcry against subhumans like that calling themselves Muslims.

I know it’s a really small nit to pick, but I can’t help wondering at the anachronistic geopolitical references. Nineveh? Safavids? Do they also refer to Indians as Mughals and take their vacations in Ctesiphon?
David Hart says
Joe Z @11:
Nineveh Province still carries the name, even though the city itself is long abandoned, and there are still people known as Assyrians living there, though their geopolitical clout is a lot less than in biblical times.
And I think the reference to Safavids is a deliberate insult to the Shia demographic, rather than an accurate descriptor of the ethnic origin of the people they’re fighting.
