Since this looks like the kelp forest in my beloved Monterey Bay, I’m jealous of the seal, too.
I miss that place!
My first thought was Monterey Bay too (used to dive off of Monastary Beach mainly), but I guess the pic is from San Diego.
Scuba dive, and you can fly too (though a lot more slowly than the seals).
