Who wants to talk to people with tiny heads, anyway?

Has anyone else had this experience? I always considered myself to be reasonably social and was never shy at social gatherings. However, I found myself actually enjoying social distancing during the pandemic and, since then, no longer enjoy such events and feel awkward at them now. I think it may be due to the pandemic revealing just how many people are selfish and hateful, whereas, before, I was inclined to give people the benefit of the doubt that they were mostly decent until proven otherwise. If anything, I assume the reverse now. ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
