While I’m not familiar with too many spider themed horror films outside of Arachnophobia and Eight Legged Freaks, I would like to suggest the 2013 film Enemy starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
It’s not exactly a horror film, more of a surrealist thriller, but spiders are used as a motif and they’re unsettling. There is one scene which TV Tropes labels “nightmare fuel.” It shows the skyline of a city containing a spider so large it dwarves skyscrapers.
