Spiders often lose a leg or two (or even three – when I worked with spiders, I remember seeing a five-legged spider making a web) but remain functional (and don’t regrow them AFAIK).

They do regenerate! It’ll come back at the next molt, although it might take a couple of molts to be fully restored.
