It sounds like you have everything squared away. Don’t know if you are doing a meeting or webinar. Under the University’s license meetings can have 300 participants and webinars can have 500 participants. There are limited number of licenses available for webinars for up to 1,000 participants. I imagine it is too late to get one. Luckily, you are going to stream it to YouTube. 100,000 can view the stream.
I may actually have time that time slot (9 PM for me), so line me up as participant candidate!

Not having any luck viewing. I clicked on the video in subscriptions, the little wheel is spinning. No sound, no video. The link is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edV6ZFtqooc What am I doing wrong?
Well, I glitched it up all right. I started the youtube live recording, and it sent all the data to the wrong place…and then it only played MY audio, and no one elses.
I’m salvaging my local recording and will upload that, if it works.

I am currently self-isolated in my home here in Dublin, awaiting results of a Covid 19 swab test. Feeling a little scared.
