Funny, the associations one’s mind makes. Your poem made me think of the earlier post on the “redecoration” of Mecca.

Yeah, maybe I had that in mind too. The poem has been bubbling out for a while now. I am very fond of it. My parents relentlessly read it to me and my sister when we were kids. She turned out to be a distressingly devout Christian and I turned out to be…well…me.
I sometimes wonder what she thinks it’s about. Me, I think it’s about a mouse who liked certain flowers.
