They’re so cute when you can still see their brains.
I think I just realized that cephalopod eyes aren’t nearly full-size in the young, unlike those of human young (the former start out too small for that to be the case). Interesting difference, I think.

You know that big bag of stuff above their eyes? It’s not where their brains are. Those are the guts: it’s called the visceral mass.

I know that. The shape reminded me of a childish and inane cartoon.
Sorry.

OK, cute when their guts show.
Actually, I did think that their nervous system was more centralized to the vicinity of their tentacles, since the latter can operate fairly independently, but went with the easy visual anthropomorphism.
Good to know what’s really there in the transparent little bugger, in any case.

Oh, look- it’s got delicious real fruit filling right on the inside.
(Is anyone else constantly getting the “mini-wheats” ad on the page? It matches the wee beasty perfectly.)

That’s it.
I give up.
No matter what the thread, the things I want to say have already been said.

Beautiful.
I know girls hate men that are sensitive, but that picture nearly made me cry.
Totally amazing creatures.

Damn, evader, you do like your sexist stereotypes, don’t you? Here’s a hint: Women (notice I didn’t say “girls”) are not some monolithic block all with the same opinions and prejudices. You might want to consider that before you write bullshit about what you know girls like or hate.
