Given that, after the whole town flooded last Friday, my washer-dryer flooded today, I AM STILL HAPPY! Great news, clear policy.

Good to hear Maureen, i live not far from the same canal, and used to cycle up there, a couple times a year, along the tow path. I hope everything gets back to normal for you all as soon as possible.
